How long will it take for my seeds and supplies to arrive?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.

What is your return policy for live plants and seeds?

Due to the perishable nature of seeds and live plants, we cannot accept returns on these items. However, if your order arrives damaged or fails to germinate, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or store credit.

Are your gardening products organic and non-GMO?

Yes, we are committed to sustainable gardening. All of our seeds are 100% non-GMO, and our fertilizers and soil amendments are OMRI-listed for organic use whenever possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international gardening enthusiasts in the near future.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Since we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 2 hours of the order being placed. Please reach out to our support team immediately.
